The room had a nice deep bath, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. I loved the three powerpoints at the desk. charging devices was so easy! Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor offered a great buffet with plenty of choices. Staff were accommodating, and the location was a short walk from the train station. The air conditioning didn’t work very well, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times, especially since it was late November. The mattress in my room felt a bit old, which impacted my comfort. Despite these hiccups, the value for the price is commendable, and I would consider staying here again for the convenience and amenities.

Positive, I've stayed here multiple times. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is accommodating, and you can't miss the Aizu tenderloin at the rooftop restaurant. Plus, it’s just a five-minute walk from the train station. Great value for the price! 😊

The clean and comfortable room had a well-designed space with great amenities, including a humidifier and a lovely view of the city. Being just steps from the train station, it made exploring easy. Breakfast was also satisfactory, but the bathroom could use a little more attention.

The modern amenities in the compact room included a small fridge and an electric kettle, which were quite convenient for my solo trip. Unfortunately, the waste bins were limited in size and there was no recycling option available, which made waste management a bit challenging. Additionally, I noticed a strong odor in the hallway that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable environment. Despite these issues, the location's proximity to dining options and attractions was a definite plus.

Can just recommend for a short interlude

I had a lovely stay at Aizuwakamatsu Washington Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service, even holding my luggage before check-in. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and local eateries.
